  • This isn’t a one-off consult — it’s an intentional, guided journey that holds you through the full arc of your pregnancy trimesters.

    Over 4 months, we have time to assess, implement, adapt and truly support your body as it changes, your baby as they grow, and your needs as they evolve.

    Sustainable care takes time — this format honours that.

  • You’ll receive dedicated, 1:1 practitioner support — starting with a VIP initial consult where we complete a thorough pregnancy-specific testing workup and map out your personalised care plan. This includes a full review of pathology and supplement needs.

    From there, we meet monthly (3 x follow-ups) to review your progress, shift protocols as needed, and ensure every part of you is supported — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • You’ll receive a tailored protocol designed specifically for your body, your trimester, and your goals — including practitioner-grade supplements, food-as-medicine support, and lifestyle shifts to meet your changing needs.

    Your protocol evolves with you, with regular check-ins to adjust as your pregnancy progresses.

  • Yes — Nurtured in Pregnancy™ is a complementary model of care designed to work alongside your existing healthcare team. Think of this as your holistic, integrative support system, helping you fill in the gaps and feel more deeply supported throughout your pregnancy.

  • As this program is personalised to the health of the individual and because you shouldn’t have to pay for anything you don’t need, the price of the program will vary.

    During our clarity call, we will discuss possible options and find the right fit for you. Flexible payment plans are also available.

  • We work collaboratively alongside your healthcare team to ensure you're receiving the most clinically relevant testing to support a healthy pregnancy.

    We may also recommend additional tests that aren’t routinely offered, but give us deeper insight, such as: Full thyroid panel (including antibodies), Homocysteine, Fasting insulin, High-sensitivity CRP (inflammation), Day 21 progesterone (if early in pregnancy or preconception).

    These insights form the foundation of your personalised pregnancy protocol, giving us clarity on what your body truly needs — so we can support you and your baby with confidence, precision, and care at every stage.
